Public input meeting tonight on proposed animal ordinance changes

A public feedback meeting is set for tonight concerning proposed changes to the Iredell County animal services ordinance. That would include eliminating chains as an acceptable form of secure enclosure. Also – tethered animals would have to have a specified amount of space. Tonight’s meeting starts at six at the Iredell County Agriculture Extension Office.
